Each sign can be created by mixing the energies of the two signs that form a sextile, and two that form an inconjunction (150 degree angle) to the original. You mix red and blue to get purple; this is the same concept.

Aries has gemini’s quick wit, aquarius’ rebellious side, virgo’s need to save people, and scorpio’s passion and single-mindedness.

Taurus is artistic and sensual like pisces, warm but manipulative like cancer, intelligent, romantic, and self-righteous like libra, and values freedom and independence like sagittarius.

If you really relate to a certain sign, but have no placements in it or aspects to the sign’s ruling planet, it might be because you have some combination of the signs sextile/inconjunct to that sign. Example: someone with a lot of aries and scorpio in their chart could act like a gemini. Someone with a lot of libra and taurus in their chart may relate to pisces. Etc. One sextile+one inconjunction=many traits of the “missing” sign
